Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original compostable packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the denim is in its original condition.
Label and Ship
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
